Combine the energy and athleticism of a Vinyasa Flow with the soothing moving meditations you need to bring your week to a gentle close. This class is generally a slower flow with attention to alignment and muscle activation so students of all levels will constantly be challenged and stretched to move deeper into the poses, which include arm balances and inversions. Students can modify movements as needed during this relaxing class, so all levels are welcome. 55 min.
