Tools for success: A goal setting session, plus pre and post fitness assessments. Motivation and accountability from CHF's certified personal trainers. Great workout routines with in-depth instruction and fitness education. Weekly nutrition and fitness emails from your personal trainer. Nutrition book and tracking system. Support from your group. In this 8-week program, you'll get 3 sessions per week, and the individual attention of personal training with support and motivation that comes from a small group setting. Small Group Training is designed for members of all ages and fitness levels.
