3, 2, 1....GO! This "boot camp" style class has you moving around the room from station to station, designed to test your strength, cardiovasular fitness and balance. You'll do high-intensity intervals to give you the maximum workout in minimal time. With two people per station, you will be motivated to give it your all by your workout buddy.
